Founder and
Principal Owner of Loucas Law, George Loucas graduated from the
Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University,
where he received his Juris Doctor degree, and West Virginia University
where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
George has many years of experience as a registered pharmacist
(R.Ph.) throughout Ohio. He has represented families in medical
malpractice and wrongful death cases since 1985, and spends a
major part of his focus on cases in these areas. George is a trustee
on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys
(CATA), and holds a two time listing in the top ten jury trial
verdicts in the State of Ohio. He has also received an AV rating
for attorneys by the prestigious Martindale-Hubble reference of
lawyers in America. This is the highest rating achieved by a lawyer
for competence, ethics and professionalism as recognized and voted
by his peers.

Penny
Loucas graduated from Duquesne University of Law in Pittsburgh,
PA, where she received her Juris Doctor degree, and has been in
practice since 1986. Penny has represented clients in many legal
arenas throughout OH, WV and PA and has legal expertise and experience
in numerous legal practice areas. She currently splits her time
between personal litigation representing families in medical malpractice
and wrongful death cases, and helping other families with Elder
Law and Estate Planning. Penny is a member of the National Association
of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Cathryn
Loucas obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of
Washington, and her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from West Virginia University
(1984) where she was inducted into the academic honor society, Phi
Beta Kappa. She has represented individuals and families before
state and federal courts and administrative agencies since 1992.
Currently, her primary responsibilities include managing the firm’s
planning services department focusing on Elder Law and Estate Planning.

Before Jeanne Tosti received her
Juris Doctorate degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law,
she earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from Kent State University.
Her primary focus includes medical malpractice and personal injury
litigation for Loucas Law. Jeanne has both lectured and provided
clinical instruction at the Huron Road Hospital School of Nursing.
